As soon as you pull into the gated entrance you feel like you just entered your own private paradise! Take the stairs to the grand entrance or take the elevator up into the spacious main living area! The north side houses a second master with ensuite bathroom, 2 additional bedrooms (one with Queen bed and the other with bunk beds) and upper laundry room. Almost every room has a balcony so you can wake up and immediately take a deep breath of salty air. 
Speaking of salty air, on the perfect day, open the sliding glass doors throughout the home for a taste of the perfect indoor/outdoor Florida living you have been craving! On the lower/ground level there is another living/entertaining area that can be accessed through an exterior private door or the elevator. There you will find another kitchen, bathroom, large living area and 3 more rooms. Feel like hitting the beach, you can directly access the outside to the beach from this level.  Plus, you will never get bored on a rainy day here! There is a ping pong table, pool table, poker table, pac man stand up video machines and more games than you can imagine.
The beach is calling your name and is only a shell throw away from your backyard so grab a suit and hit the beach to take a swim and sunbathe or to simply go shelling! Feel free to grab any of the beach toys, chairs, kayaks or paddle boards that are located in the garage for a fun day in the water!
