An adorable cottage only a half a block from Canal St. in a unique park like setting. Being only a 1/2 block from NSB brewery, restaurants, shops, and walking distance to the intracoastal will bring great excitement. There is street parking and a place to keep your bike. It is a short bike ride to the beach, making this an ideal location to live. Sorry there are no washer/ dryer hook ups but a short walk to the laundry mat. Please drive buy the cottage to see if this cottage would be your spot! Please do NOT disturb the tenant living there and do not walk in through the fence to look in the yard. Office hours are Monday-Thursday 9-5pm and Friday 9-3pm
