The apartment looks nice but when you move in you realize how wrong it is. I have mold in my apartment the toilet don’t work I have to fill it up I put in a maintenance request and I’m still dealing with these issues. I can’t move because I’m stuck in a lease. I would not recommend this apartment unless your desperate like I was.
No washer dryer hook up,almost 1600 in rent and now sewer,storm drain and service fees.Thats alot for a older apartment.
