2) Proof of income for 3x the monthly rental rate and a 650 minimum credit score, or a guarantor to co-sign the lease who meets these requirements.

4) Deposits due at lease signing (in total, not per person):
Refundable Security Deposit: $1,400
Non-refundable Redecoration Fee: $600
Air Filter Fee: Equal to $10/month for the length of the lease due at lease signing
