Applicants must provide verifiable 5-year rental and/or mortgage history. No prior evictions accepted. Security deposit equal to one to two months' rent is required, depending on background and application results. Upon approval, there is a $100 lease preparation fee. The security deposit is due upon approval to hold the property, and first month's rent is due prior to move-in. All applications are subject to final owner approval.
