Very nice 2BR 2Bath, 1200 sqft apartment in a beautiful community (Crosswynde by Atrium Condos). Large balcony, central air, central heat, deck, dishwasher, hardwood floors, pool, stainless steel appliance, washer dryer, and swimming pool. Very good condition and carpet cleaned. Please give me a call and I'll arrange for you to take a look. The tenant is responsible for rent and all utilities. Very big and pretty shade tree just outside this apartment, providing both shade and excellent views. Community included the following amenities which are completely free to the tenant (the owner - me - pays monthly maintenance fee). Big community swimming pool new exercise gym with fountain views Indoor Basketball Court Free Bicycle Rentals Beach Volleyball Court Tennis Court Children's Playground Lake Picnic area Screened in patio/balcony, carpet and tile flooring.
