Carriage House Condo - Welcome to 188 Preston Street, Unit #3B. This is the brightest and cleanest condominium you will find. It feels so lightly lived in, that you would think someone used this condo only part time for the last 40 years.
This attractive brick building has six total units. It’s a well maintained and quiet building that rarely turns over. Each unit/condo is individually owned. A minimum credit score of 675 is required and there is a thorough background check. Minimum one year lease. Only a cat would be permitted. I’m sorry no dogs. Only one month security deposit with a strong application.
