Beautiful home with awesome people looking to fill ONE empty room ASAP, and TWO empty rooms available 6/1/2020.

Shares a full bath with JUST ONE other person, and they are not used by guests (we have one for them too!).
You can easily fit a Queen bed with plenty of room. The basement has built-ins in the closet, and a desk area as well!
There is NO room with a bedroom directly above it so it's pretty dang quiet all the time.
We are very respectful of each other and are pretty quiet after 7 or 8. We also keep the common areas very clean and help out around the house and yard.

Pets considered, pending meeting with our current king of the castle senior dog.

Almost 3000 square feet so you can stick to yourself or hang out in the kitchen, on the deck or at the awesome fire pit! We have a kiddie pool to relax in (or let the mutts play in), grill area on the deck, and a HUGE kitchen. Want to have a dinner party? Check out the dining room! Extra chairs in the garage! We have 2 living rooms, one for conversation/games and a theater room (Bronco's room) for football, movies, or the latest show addiction. We are 420 friendly, but please keep it OUTSIDE.
