The 500 square foot, split level unit includes a bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen. The bedroom is almost 300 square feet, with a private entrance into the garden. Curtains are provided for light blocking and privacy. The bathroom and kitchen are up a flight of 11 stairs. The kitchen has a 2 burner induction stove. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. The unit is currently furnished, and can be rented either furnished or unfurnished.

Note that this is an in-law suite attached to the main house. You will have your own entry. The suite shares a wall with the main house. The house currently has 1 adult, 1 child, and 2 cats (one indoor, one outdoor). We are committed to creating an inclusive, queer-friendly house and are all committed to racial justice. All ages of folks are welcome. We are open to folks who would like to share family dinners and other communal activities.

We are in downtown Vallejo, near Georgia Street, about a 15 minute walk from the ferry or the downtown bus transit.

The cost for utilities is $200/month, which covers internet/wifi, electricity, water, and garbage. Maximum occupancy is 2 people. We may be able to accommodate 1 cat. No smoking or vaping allowed in the house or on the premises.

Access: There are 22 stairs from the street to the house. There are 11 stairs from the bedroom in the suite to the bathroom and kitchenette.
