Property DescriptionIdeally located near Santa Barbara's waterfront, this spacious two-story residence offers a comfortable floor plan, generous indoor and outdoor living spaces, and the convenience of an attached two-car garage--a particularly valuable feature in this area.
Built in 1990, the unit offers newer construction and infrastructure compared with many properties in the surrounding neighborhood. The main level features a spacious living and dining area with a fireplace, an open kitchen with abundant cabinetry and counter space, and a convenient powder bath. The living area opens to a private outdoor patio/yard, providing a pleasant space to relax or enjoy the Santa Barbara climate.
Upstairs, the bedrooms feature high ceilings and excellent natural light, along with two full bathrooms. Additional outdoor spaces include a covered balcony and a large rooftop deck above the garage, offering mountain views and another great area for outdoor living.
Other highlights include in-unit laundry (garage), ample storage, and a powder bathroom downstairs.
The location provides convenient access to many of Santa Barbara's most popular destinations, including West Beach, the Santa Barbara Harbor and waterfront, the Mesa's shopping, grocery stores and everyday amenities, as well as easy access to Highway 101 and downtown Santa Barbara. This sought after location offers only a 3 minute drive to the Funk Zone.
