“Bayside is a beautiful complex. The grounds are lush and tropical. We have two gyms one inside and one outside. Two well lit tennis courts, pickleball and a basketball court. The saunas and showers are clean and always nice after a work out. The pool area is gorgeous with lots of seating areas a nice fountain and a great barbecue area with big screen TVs. It's covered so that you can even sit there when it's raining. That's not forget our convenient hair and nail salon making it very convenient. The party room has pool tables a beautiful kitchen, a game area, movie room and several private rooms.They offer fresh coffee and tea. Lots of fun activities and potlucks are organized very often. There's more we also have an exercise room, computer area and virtual golf room. All these added features make it an extra special. You feel like you are living at a resort. The location is prime,right on the water and centrally located between the Marriott Resort and lots of wonderful restaurants, bars . The property sits next to the bike path and we were walking distance to lots of water sports and the Ferry Landing. There are also lots of beautiful shops and you can quickly catch the water taxi to go across to the city. I always feel safe walking around even late at night. There are a lot of things to do for all ages and it's a friendly community that also allows dogs. The staff is very friendly and the apartments are upgraded with beautiful Cabinetry and granite countertops. It's the best deal around.”
