“While we appreciate how hard the maintenance team works, we realize that the location of our particular unit just doesn't fit with our lifestyle. It is on a main road with lots of traffic and pedestrians at all hours. Our neighbors don't follow rental contract rules (smoking, illegal activity etc) and have already had issues with our rental payments and getting our vehicle towed from our assigned spot. We hope to have a better experience over time and possibly pick a different location.”
