“Everything is great . The location is wonderful. Very quiet. Amenities are a nice addition compared to most complexes. The only problem is not enough guest parking. So not a place to invite all your friends at one time unless the park a block or 2 away. I love it here.”

“It is a pleasure to live here at the Rivue. It is quiet, friendly and safe. It is nearby shopping centers but not too close where you're not bothered by street noise and traffic. Management is super supportive and quick to address any concerns. If there is one thing I'd ask to improve it would be to ensure cleanliness and maintenance within the stairway entry and trash bins. It would also be appreciated to have elevators for easy and comfortable access between floors. Overall I love it here!”

“Good place to live. Upscale apartment units with 3 floors. No elevators. They pick up your trash outside your door 3 times a week. They also power wash that area occasionally. I have covered car port. Garage available for 2 more in your lease. Pool area is beautiful. Land scaling greenery is very maintained. All mail and parcel pick up is locked up for safety. Nice gym. Near sunbow plaza for convenience of shopping. And close to 805 freeway. Real close to sharp medical center. A good place to live. You get what you pay for. Leasing staff are very accommodating and friendly. Always having community food events several times every week it seems. Inside my apartment is very luxurious compared to where I used to live. Central air is nice. Bedroom and living room has ceiling fan with lights.”
