Unit is fully equipped - all cooking utensils included. The unit has its own private backyard space with a propane BBQ- and includes a 6 x 9' storage shed. Utilities included in rent: electricity, water, garbage, Cox Cable and internet. The unit has "sound damped" walls and ceiling for greater privacy. It has a private entrance as well, as there is no other access from within the main house. Pets will be considered on a case by case review. Security deposit is $1800 for non pet renters.

We are a quiet home in a quiet neighborhood near Lake Los Carneros. Please respond to the Craigslist ad with a short description of yourself!

The studio will be available mid part of September!

Discount will be given to a renter who carries renter's insurance and pays rent by direct deposit.

A background check will be done on all potential renters. You will need to provide full name and SS#.

Do not fill out any rental application from any websit. Once I look your response back to me, I will send you my rental application. I will not be charging for a background check - I pay for that.
