Pet Charges are typically as follows, but are subject to change on a case-by-case basis.
• Household pets require an additional $25 application fee per pet.
• Pet Fees: $150 one-time administrative fee.
• Pet monthly rent: $35 for one pet, $25 for each additional pet

The lease administration fee, 7% of one month’s rent, is charged upon executing the lease agreement for all properties.

Applications submitted without a prior site visit will not be processed. Applicants must see the property before their applications can be considered. A virtual walkthrough of the property can be arranged if you are unable to view the property in person; however, a site-unseen addendum must be signed with the lease agreement.

A security deposit equal to 1.5 times the rent is due at lease signing.
