Inside you have an open living area with Living/Dining area open to one another and a spacious kitchen with Refrigerator, stove and dishwasher included with rental. Water is included in the rental fee but all other utilities are the responsibility of the tenant. All adults who plan to reside in the home will be required to be on the lease and make application. Application fee is $40 per application. Credit and background check as well as references will be verified for all applicants. Pets must be approved with the owner (no vicious breeds will be considered). No one will be permitted to stay or live in the home that is not on the lease or that permission from the seller has not been granted.
