Washer and dryer shall remain as landlord property. Both the front and backyard is equipped with UGS sprinklers for easy maintenance. Tenant is responsible for utilities (averaging around $212/month for water/sewer/garbage/electricity) and yard maintenance. The carport is 28' (long) x11' (wide) and the open space driveway area provides another 29'x8' feet of parking. Backyard garden area has a grapevine. Property owner is a licensed real estate agent who will be living next door on the other side of the duplex with family. 12 month lease required. Our main goal is to find a tenant who will mutually be a good neighbor, treat this home as if it were your own and pay rent on time. A refundable deposit equal to 1 month's rent is required.
