West Richland is a city in Benton County, Washington with a population of 11,811. It's usually grouped together into the Tri-Cities of Kennewick, Richland and Pasco but it is very much it's own kind of town. Neighborhoods of West Richland

West Richland pretty much has it all and depending on which area you choose to live in, there will be a variety of benefits to living there! Here's a little more info about the different neighborhoods.

Southern Side: The southern side of town is right by both I-82 and I-182 so it's super easy to hop in and out of town if you need to commute elsewhere for work. There are some cool shops and cafes here, like Nikki Jeans, and you'll be right near the picturesque Yakima River.

Downtown: The center of West Richland is the business district where you'll find everything you need to get through life. There are awesome restaurants, like Brick House Pizza and Thai City Restaurant, the West Richland Golf Course, and a couple of shopping centers. It's more populated than other parts of town and is a great place to look for rental units.

North Side: The north side of West Richland is much more rural. You can find properties right near the Yakima River, which snakes in and out of this neighborhoods. There's also the delicious Henry's Restaurants and Tri Teriyaki when you feel like getting out of the house for dinner. It's a great place to look for rental units and if you're lucky enough to score one you'll probably have amazing views of the river and the surrounding countryside!

You'll find amazing recreational opportunities, like water skiing, boating and picnicking and there are dozens of beautiful parks and river shorelines where you can enjoy the wonders of nature and get some sunshine and fresh air. It's a charming town and the people here enjoy a very high quality of life. It's also centrally located to many of the northwestern cities, so you're in a hotbed of action and excitement!
