*No smoking/vaping residence.
*Tenant is responsible for yard care.
*No Utilities included- Tenant pays all utilities.
*Rent is due on the 1st of each month and is required to be paid by recurring, automatic monthly ACH payments or other arrangements as agreed upon.
*Renter's Insurance Required and proof of insurance is required prior to signing of lease.
