- “Moved here from across the country so took a leap of faith based on online reviews and online tour of the place. First off I’ll say the management and maintenance are great. They take care of any issues that come up right away! It’s a little noisy due to thin walls but for the most part all the neighbors are considerate and I really don’t hear much and night is quite.Lots of trees in this complex so the sound of nature here is amazing. The salt water pool is fantastic I wish it was open longer than Memorial thru Labor Day but we are only 3 miles from the beach so that’s a plus.Convenience to lots of restaurants, grocery stores and pharmacies and plenty of medical offices around. It’s a quiet neighborhood and safe for walking anywhere.Have had zero problems with bugs and they do spray once a month for all common pests such as the dreaded water roaches you see often outside. Overall a great place to live and I love seeing all the kids in the community playing outside!!”
