Rental options include a mix of single-family homes and garden apartments across varied price points. While the neighborhood provides exceptional access to both Naval Air Station Oceana and shopping along Virginia Beach Boulevard, the inland location means longer drives to reach actual beaches despite the Virginia Beach address. Well-suited for military households and professionals seeking housing value with strategic positioning who don't require walkable dining options or direct beach proximity for daily living.
