THE PARKING IS GOOD AT TIMES. jUST HARD TO FIND SPACES AT TIMES. dO HAVE STICKERS IN WINDOWS SO NOT HARD TO PARK SOMEWHERE. NEIGHBORS ARE FREINDLY AND QUIET. eVEN THE KIDS ARE GOOD. THE APARTMENT I LIVE IN IS GOOD WITH TGHE BACK PATIO. THE MAINTENCE HAS BEEN HERE A COUPLE OF TIMES BUT THEYWAS HERE THE NEXT DAY. THANK YOU
