It has: four baths, six foot fenced back yard, ceramic tile in the kitchen and baths, some hardwood, french doors overlook the back yard and park. You will have two assigned parking spaces one of which is shaded by a nice tree. Shopping and buses are both very close-by. If you like to swim you will also have the use of the swimming pool as well as tennis courts, at no additional fee. There is abundant wildlife here. You will see both the deer and fox!! Enjoy the walking paths right out your front door. The windows pictured are before I installed the new low-e windows. This unit is very clean and has always been smoke and bug free.
