This home was built in 1896 and has seen many styles through the years! It was split into apartments a few decades ago like many of the historical homes in the area. A lot of the original charm of the house has been preserved, and it gained some artistic flair in the 2021 renovation. Some creaks and squeaks remain and you may occasionally hear other Art House Residents due to the entire house being on one shared furnace system. During the winter, the furnace is set to an overall balanced temperature for the building. There is no central AC, but window and portable AC units are available for rent on a first come first serve basis during summer months which includes set-up and take-down. You may also use your own AC units.
