The large master suite, with vaulted ceilings, is separated from the two additional bedrooms. The master suite is finished by a large, 4-piece bath with two sinks a walk-in closet. A 2nd bath and a laundry room, with a washer dryer included, are also located on the top floor. All yours for $2,245 per month rent based on a 12-month lease, $2,245 deposit based on a good credit and background check. The deposit and the lease initiation fee of $250 are due upon lease signing; rent is due the day before move-in. Application fee of $50/potential resident, 18 years of age or older, is due with application. Tenant to pay all utilities except HOA fees. Utilities payable by the tenant are gas, electric, water, sewer, garbage, recycling, and internet/cable. Tenant is responsible for watering and maintaining the landscaping as well as driveway sidewalk snow/ice removal in the winter. Well-mannered pets allowed upon approval by Property Management. There is a per-pet deposit of $250 and an additional pet rent of $50/month per pet. Limit of two pets.
