Located right behind the Cache Meadows Park in North Logan, centrally located, close to CVTC Bus Stop, 5 minutes away from grocery stores, post office, gas stations, 8 minutes drive aproximadetly to USU. This is a 3 bedrooms 2.5 bath, 3 levels.
Top floor has a huge bedroom with a walk in closet and vanity in the room, there is another bedroom on same floor, and a full bathroom.
Main floor has living room, kitchen and dining room. The dining room patio door opens to a small deck with beautiful views of the park and Northeast mountains. There is also a half bathroom in this floor to acomodate guests.
Basement has a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom with a pretty spacious tub, laundry shares this space. There is a drier and possible a washer might be provided (negotiable)
We take pets with a non refundable pet fee of $400 per pet and a montly rent of $40 dolars per each pet. Pets might less than 25 pounds, potty trained, vaccinated, neutered and register with the city.
No smokers, vapers, or any other kind of drugs are allowed.
Tenants over 21 must pass a background check.
Credit check of 650 requiered, we are able to work with credit case to case basis, with a higher refundable deposit.
Rental references requiered.
Proof of income requiered.
This is currently tenant occupied, please do not disturb tenants, showing will only be schedule after application has been submited and approved, you do not have to pay for background/credit check until you have been approved and want to move forward.
