Verified residentReview source: verified residentThis is a quiet, beautiful community. Management staff is kind and helpful. They communicate well through the resident portal. The homes are roomy with great closet space and lots of natural light. Kitchen cabinet space is exceptional. Closets have study, built-in shelving to maximize storage and organization. The smart home devices and Ring Doorbell add so much convenience to control remotely and keep track of usage. All appliances are efficient with the w/d being smart appliances. It's very well lit at night for safety with nicely covered parking spaces close to each home. Each home has a dog door for any size pet. The patio area is large for pets and people with privacy fencing, turf and rocks for easy care and neatness. It has space for relaxing, cooking, umbrellas, chairs, tables, and several guests. Water and electricity are available in the patio area to enjoy extra lighting or music and growing plants. It's a very pet friendly community with a dog park and lots of space to walk on and off the property. These homes are very planned with efficient use of the square footage for an open, flowing layout. The price is very competitive with other homes while you get more than most other communities.
