    The experience was better before the change in ownership. The new contract doesn’t have a limit on fee due in case of early termination whilst usually is 1 or 2 months. New contract is forcing to pay additional 80 dollars for connectivity fee. Moreover the office space as well as the common room has not been available in last 7 months.
