Tenant maintains yard where there is a parking pad for up to two vehicles. Cottage is on a shared well and septic, so this unit is suitable for one adult. Amenities included: large covered front patio where you can relax and enjoy the views, washer and dryer connections in kitchen pantry closet, easy to maintain vinyl floors, walk in clothes closet, refrigerator (for tenants use), electric oven and microwave. Utilities included: water and sewage. Smoking, vaping and pets are not allowed. The yard is partially fenced. Date Available: Now. $850/month rent. $850 security deposit. Applicants are required to complete a rental application and authorize a non-refundable $55 credit and background check after completing a brief prequalification phone interview.
