Maintenance does show up. AC takes longer than it should to cool the,apt, but blower is weak and I wouldn't be surprised if air isn't being redirected to the attic or another unit. My Biggest issue is people coming and going from the attic or secret living space above my unit. Management refuses to do anything so they may be part of the problem--or taking bribes to allow access. Privacy violation and safety concern. If it wasn't for those issues and management not responding to concerns and saying call the police they don't want to hear it. Karma needs to take care of them. Could be groupies, hookers, or just perverts, but at leqst one of them is tall, one occassionally sounds like a teenage boy, but the creepiest is one tharmt follows me room to room and especially when i takea shower or get dressed. If it weren't for those horrible issues, I would be satisfied. Maybe some Cowboys or bikers need to teach them a lesson, but if they are hookers or traffickers that may not work. Liability issue, I would never recommend a single female to live on 2nd floor. There may even be cameras hidden in here

Management has failed to prevent people from getting up on attic or are hiding secret living space. I would never recommend a female to live here, but maybe they have built other bldgs better. I dont like watchers violating my privacy There are people that have access to the area above my unit. I was told I would not have people above me. They are not official residents because they leave or hide when someone is coming. So not only is it unsafe, traffickers or homeless or groupies. I pay rent to have a nice private apt, which im not getting. I dont know if mgmt is getting kickbacks or bribed or. There have been missing clothes. The AC IS UNPREDICTABLE,probably because air is cooling the attic when people are up there. 2 .
