We love animals and spayed or neutered cats and dogs are accepted on a case by case basis. Animal rent is $35.00/month per animal.

Last month's rent, the $1,000 security deposit and the $200 pre-paid exit cleaning fee may be paid out over time depending on your application status.

are interested in staying in the home for a minimum of 1 year

have an income of at least $2,400/month (adult applicants are welcome to add their incomes)

have a debt-to-income ratio that is able to support the monthly rent plus anticipated utilities

have a history of being responsible community members

have a history of paying their obligations in a timely fashion

have a history of taking good care of their current and previous homes and yards

have a history of taking good care of their animals (if applicable)
