Move-In Costs: In THIS economy?! I'm not requiring both first + last month's rent. I do, however, require a security deposit to secure the rental.

Smoking & Pets: Smoking is not permitted inside the home. Regarding pets, as noted in the listing, I'm ideally hoping for no pets but I'm open to a conversation if you have one.

Maintenance Responsibilities: The tenant will be responsible for basic upkeep of the property. This includes regular lawn care and general maintenance, like cleaning or replacing the home's reusable air filters to keep everything running efficiently.
