Parking is available on the street in front of the home and in the two-car garage in the back. The home is set up for your comfort, and is fully stocked with everything you might need-- linens, dishes, cookware, etc. Please note that this is a family's winter home, so you will see family photos on the wall, as well as their personal art collection, which adds character and charm to the space. When entering from the front door, guests come around the side to a private porch and yard area. The side yard is strung with lights and has a grill available for your use. A table and chairs for outdoor dining are located in the garage. Upon entering the home, you will be in the open living space. A beautiful, antique dining room table will easily accommodate you and your guests, and a luxurious kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and gorgeous custom wooden island are ready and waiting for your use. Appliances include a microwave, Keurig, range, oven, dishwasher, and trash compactor. At the front of the home, surrounded by windows to let in natural light, is the formal living room, featuring a TV, gas fireplace, and four cozy armchairs. Down the hallway from this open living space is a powder room that is adjacent to a full bathroom with single vanity and glass stall shower. This bathroom leads to the 3rd bedroom. This room is currently set up as a den area with a large, comfortable chaise sectional, TV, and 2 chairs. The sectional contains a pull out bed that can be used for additional guests, or as a bedroom itself. Across the hall from this bedroom is a laundry room with stackable units and a laundry sink. There is also a closet under the stairs that is typically used as a guest pantry. Upstairs, you will find 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms along with a spacious landing area. The landing contains a hutch with a pull-out desk, and can be used as a convenient office space. The guest bedroom is right at the top of the stairs and features a King bed, nightstands, TV, an additional hutch with a desk area, and a closet. The room has its own en suite bathroom containing a toilet, single vanity, and a stunning black tile walk in shower. Down the hall is the Master suite. Guests will enter into the space and find a short hallway. To the left is a dresser and his and her closets, complete with mirrors, making small individual dressing rooms. On the right, is the master bathroom, complete with a large walk in glass shower with a bench that can easily accommodate two. Each person has their own vanity, located on either side of a luxurious soaking tub complete with jets and a view of the bathroom TV. In the back corner, near the shower, is a private water closet where the toilet resides. The bathroom, as well as the Master bedroom itself, open onto a small balcony porch, perfect for sipping morning coffee or enjoying a beverage at the day's end. Finally, the master itself is spacious and bright, featuring a luxury King bed, nightstands, and TV.
