A lovingly maintained College Hill 1 bed/1 bath mother-in-law on the corner of Washington Park with a big backyard is available for rent. Incredible location! Right across the street from the park, on a quiet block near lots of shops, restaurants and access to public transit.

Great layout for privacy, with the only shared walls with the main house being the bathroom and entrance room. The bedroom exits to the big enclosed backyard. The yard is split with a cattle fence to divide individual yards between the main house and this unit.

Pet Policy: Pets (cats and dogs up to 50 lbs) are allowed; other pets subject to owner approval on a case-by-case basis. We will charge a $500 pet deposit and $25/month pet rent, per pet.

Utilities: Tenant must arrange to start utilities in their name on the day the rental agreement begins. Tenants pay for power and garbage. Water/sewer are included in the rent and paid by the Owner.

Laundry: No washer/dryer or hook ups.

Landscaping: Tenant is responsible for landscaping. We can provide a reasonable option for routine landscape maintenance if you don't wish to maintain the landscaping yourself.

Smoking: This is a non-smoking/non-vaping home and these activities are not allowed on the property.

We rent on a first-come, first-serve basis to the first approved applicant/applicant group to complete their application process. Applications include credit/background/eviction history screening. Applying is free, but background screening costs $10 per adult applicant.

Applicants are expected to take financial responsibility for the home within 5 days of being approved to rent.
