With this option, you will have an agreement with the owner that you will be able to purchase the home from the owner after your lease of 1 year has been completed. While the move-in fees do seem high, please keep in mind that all of your move-in fees (minus your first month's rent) will then go towards your down payment for the purchase of the property. On top of that, we set aside $100.00 from every single on-time rent payment you give to us while you complete your lease term, and that too will be added to your down payment.
