-A one-time administrative fee of 20% of the first month's rent or $400 (whichever is less) is due at move in along with the pro-rated/first month's rent.
-5% of the monthly rent is the Late Fee policy if rent or any portion thereof not received by landlord by the fourth calendar day of the month.
-A charge of $25.00 for the first NSF and $35.00 each subsequent NSF fee.
