Pet rent will be anywhere from $40.00 per month to $100.00 per month. • 5% of the monthly rent Late Fee (Charged for any rent amount unpaid by the 5th of the month) • $75 NSF Fee (non sufficient funds Charged for any returned payment) • If the RESIDENT gives WRITTEN notice to vacate before the termination date, he/she will be responsible for the rent payments until the property is rented or the lease expires, whichever occurs first.
