Verified residentReview source: verified residentMaitenance has been the biggest issue here at Broadmoor 168. Putting in a Maitenance ticket can take weeks to be resolved. Our apartment has been flooding from the windows that are locked and closed every single time it rains. No one has come out yet, even now. Often times maitenancetickwts are closed without the issue ever being resolved.
