The space
Relax in the modern living room with comfortable furniture and a 65-inch smart TV with premium Netflix in 4K resolution and local channels. High speed WIFI internet provided.

The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal, including pots and pans, a crockpot, Instapot, electric tea kettle, rice cooker, and toaster. You'll find a complete set of dinnerware, flatware, and cooking utensils, as well as spices, salt and pepper, cooking spray, and oils stored in the cabinet. Tea and coffee with flavored syrup are included for your enjoyment.

The primary bedroom offers a deluxe experience with a king-sized bed with a memory foam mattress, fresh sheets, and blackout curtains. You'll also find a dresser, nightstand with table lamp and a 55-inch smart TV with Netflix. In the closet, you'll find an iron with ironing board, laundry basket, luggage rack, and an extra blanket.

The middle bedroom features a queen-sized bed with a memory foam mattress, fresh sheets, and blackout curtains. You'll also find a dresser, nightstands, table lamp, luggage racks, and an extra blanket for your comfort.

The third bedroom offers a full-sized bed with a firm mattress, fresh sheets, and blackout curtains. This room also includes a USB plug, desk, and chair for your workspace. A laundry basket and an extra blanket can be found in the closet.

The bathroom features a tub and shower combination and comes equipped with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Towels and extra linens are stored in the hallway closet.

The laundry area is located in the basement, which includes a washer and dryer with laundry detergent included for your convenience.

Rent:
6-12 month stay - $2400 per month
1-6 months - $2900 per month (incl. utilities)

Security Deposit:
6-12 month stay - $2400
1-3 month stay - $1000

Cleaning Fee:
Less than 6 month stay $150 Owner to provide every 3 months.

Utilities:
6-12 month stay - Tenant must pay MUD and OPPD directly in addition to rent
6 months or fewer - Utilities included and capped at $450/monthly

Guest access
Guests will have full access to the entire house, and will receive detailed check-in instructions a few days before their arrival.

Cancellation Policy:
For cancellations that are less than 30 days from move-in, you are required to pay a fee that is equal to a 30-day reservation. For longer term rentals we require a 30 day notice to vacate.
