    The leasing office staff are not knowledgeable and have inaccurate information. The biggest issue is that we moved in and our first night sleeping there, a huge roach came crawling up out of sink as I brushed my teeth! We didn’t next day buying and putting out traps, boric acid and sealing cracks in caulking. We found 4 roaches over course of 4 days. The leasing team was totally unhelpful. They sent out their pest control people, who treated and then left door unlocked! We had to move all of our stuff out of apartment and into storage, in order to protect our items. The Bexley team was totally unhelpful and uncaring. It’s costing us a fortune to now store our stuff, to hire movers to help us and uhaul rentals. We could not be more disappointed.
