Decked Out is an amazing 3-bedroom waterfront property outfitted with multiple decks, private boat ramp, boat dock and boat lift, jet ski lift, with plenty of outside area to enjoy and sit. Enjoy the outside covered picnic table with plenty of chairs, sit on the boat dock, sit on lower deck, or the upper deck and watch the waterway activity, magnificent sunsets and just Relax! A screened in porch with draw shades is a great place to enjoy morning coffee or evening dinner!

**Paper towels and toilet tissue, trash bags, soaps,detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, beach towels,and any specialty items are NOT provided and would need to be brought with you or bought once you arrive.

GUEST ACCESS: Keyless Entry. Our properties are individually owned, and our guests will have use of the entire property!

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE:

SUMMER CHECK-INS begin at 4:00PM and end at 5:00PM. Topsail Beach office ends at 5:00 PM. OFF SEASON CHECK-INS: begin at 3:00PM and end at 5:00PM.

Topsail Beach - Check- Ins may go directly to their property after 4:00 PM

CHECK OUT: Is before 10:00 AM.We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.
