This FULLY FURNISHED apartment is over 700 sq.ft. which includes a complete kitchen with full sized kitchen appliances (including dishwasher), a large bedroom (queen-sized bed, dresser, bookshelf, 2 bedside tables, bench, desk and chair), a large walk-in closet with an additional bookshelf, a full bathroom with a shower and a stacked washer/dryer. The living room has a sofa, recliner, electric fireplace, and flat screen TV. There is a Roku for you to use with your own subscriptions. Internet, water, sewer, garbage pick-up, and electric are included. It has a private covered patio area with 2 chairs, a table, and a porch swing.
It is conveniently located in East Asheville within walking distance to the Blue Ridge Parkway and Mountains-to-Sea Trail.
The rent is $1500.00/mo with $500.00 security deposit and the first and last month’s rent is required before moving in (unless you are only staying for one month). For those staying more than one month, the rent will be due on the first of the month. If you move in on any day but the 1st, the rent will be prorated. While this is a month-by-month rental, we require 30 day's notice before leaving.

Your income must be at least three times your monthly rent, no prior evictions, and no criminal background. Sorry, but no pets.
