This lovey townhome in the well kept, Haw Creek Heights subdivision offers: - 2 Nice size bedrooms with large closets - 1.5 bathrooms - Fresh paint and new carpet - Fire place in the living room - Mountain views from one of the upstairs bedrooms - Off street parking - Rocking chair front porch - Storage closet - Washer and dryer hook-ups Tenants will be responsible for the water and electric. Lawn care is included with the rent. Absolutely no cats. Smoking is not allowed inside of the property or on the front porch. One well behaved, house trained dog will be considered with $300 non-refundable pet fee. No puppies. Dog must have up to date shot records and must be on flea and tick prevention medication.
