Amazing place for the price and the playground and community events have made the stay worth it for me and my daughter
Noise is a bit much at times - generally this is a quiet place but when they are renovating apartments it can be noisy for a few weeks. Also, the walls are well insulated from side to side, but if you live below someone you will feel like you know everything that person is doing by the footsteps & sounds you here. I can hear my neighbor upstairs walking, talking, coughing, laughing. I don't hear the neighbors to the side of me, only the one upstairs. Having said that, it's a bearable amount of noise if you get used to it. As far as management & maintenance, this complex is quite attentive and on top of it. It is conveniently located right next to a Meijer within walking distance. There are beautiful yards/grounds and places to walk, and it is especially pet friendly. The neighbors are friendly & you will see a lot of power owners walking their animals. The complex supplies baggies for animal messes.
