Verified residentReview source: verified residentthe building is not properly insulated so it will be extremely cold in winter and hot in summer, heating and cooling costs are astronomical. The management team will refuse to answer the simplest questions about the lease (like if there is a cut-off date to renew (I still don't know)). The elevators are very often out of order. You are renting a room not an apartment, so they can put people in the spare bedrooms whenever they want and they will not notify you that this is happening. The fridges in the 4-room units are too small to accomodate 4 people's worth of food. It is cheap and the only place in the area that allows pets, so I will be staying but I will not be happy about it.
