Thank you for your patience! I have had a lot of interest!! We do “self showings”, which Means you can set it up and show up at your own convenience! Although there are minor repairs taking place, To Schedule a showing you can do so by calling 947-282-9779 (street address is 741 franklin st) If you would like to fill out an application or check out our criteria, please visit www.lmpmc.com. We do require a $35 application fee per applicant, and to move in electricity must be in your name, a month and a half rent security deposit put down plus first months rent and a $50 lease admin fee. We do except small pets, but there is an additional $35 a month pet fee. We do not allow aggressive breeds or dogs over 50 pounds. smoking of ANY kind is strictly prohibited in the unit and tenants will receive a $750 fine or cost to repair all damages due to smoking. We do accept section 8, but you must have proof of additional income to cover costs of all utilities. Unemployment does not qualify as income.
