Verified residentReview source: verified residentOverall Chinoe is a decent place to live. We love that we have a shopping center right across the street which is so convenient. The apartment Welton could be better but overall not bad. The biggest complaint I have is living under the stairwell and neighbors are not considerate at all. It’s very disruptive especially during the time I’m trying to sleep. Sometimes parking can be difficult but most of the time I’m able to get a parking space close. Management is good especially Amiya I’ve had a pleasant experience with her. Maintenance is quick to respond. Not a bad place like I said my biggest problem is the noise and parking. Think twice before getting a ground level apartment under the stairwell. I regret not doing so.
