*This is for 1 ~250 sq. ft. room in the apartment. I'm a working professional (Man) who is quiet, clean, and easy to get along with. I work evenings, so the place tends to be calm and yours during the day. I genuinely respect my housemate's space and time, and I look for the same in return.

The second floor unit has an updated kitchen and bathroom with plenty of storage in a huge attic space. Located just a couple blocks North (walking distance) of the train and downtown area. The house is located within walking distance to a public park and a baseball field as well.

As a resident, you will have access to a driveway parking spot, extra street parking, basement access with ample additional storage space, and AC units.

The owner/landlord pays all bills including internet. The lease duration is for one year, but this is negotiable. There is no smoking allowed inside the apartment and pets are negotiable depending on the type and quantity. Last, the owner/landlord is responsible for all maintenance on the property.
