B. Cats must: Be litterbox trained Be spayed or neutered Be free of flees Be declawed OR have at least one scratching post in unit
C. Small birds (limited to (2) two) considered as one for the pet deposit
D. Ferrets, guinea pigs, hamsters (up to (2) two) considered as one for pet deposit
E. Fish one 50-gal tank MAXIMUM considered as one for pet deposit
F. NO SNAKES, IGUANAS, LIZARDS AND SUCH 2.
A one-time $500.00 pet deposit per pet is required at the time of signing the lease. Any pet damage at the time of move-out will be mitigated proportionally out of the pet deposit(s). If little or minimal damage is found, as determined by management, most or all of the deposit(s) will be refunded.
In addition, a $10.00 non-refundable pet rent, per month, is charged for each individual pet.
