Verified residentReview source: verified resident1. 2nd bathroom water was turned off do to a leak in the pipe. 2. Air conditioner was nor working. 3. Electric outlets in the kitchen not working. Pay for pest control have not received treatment. My carpet near the thermostat and utility closet is wet as well as the wall do to the above unit air conditioning unit was dripping water due to the thermostat was turned down to 62 degress causing overload which caused a leak in my unit LASTLY, THE BOTTOM COIL OF MY OVEN IS MISSING. A great idea would be when these issues are addressed a work order should be created and a copy left for the tenant indicating what was done if completed or if an additional visit is necessary.
